The ISV Success Program is now available to all ISVs that are part of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program. To become eligible to take advantage of the ISV Success Program, ISVs need to have an app in development that they intend to publish to the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace, either Azure Marketplace or Microsoft AppSource.

ISV Success Program Benefits Depend on Listing Types

Once a Microsoft ISV’s offer is live on the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace, the benefits they receive vary based on the listing type, which can be list, trial, consulting, or transact. List, trial, and consulting offers receive one-time use benefits that expire after 3 months, while transact offers are eligible for evergreen benefit engagement.

 

Depending on the type of listing, benefits can include guidance on optimizing the Commercial Marketplace listing, marketing materials, self-serve digital marketing on-demand, access to Commercial Marketplace forums, global expansion readiness assessments, and more. For transacting Partners, as revenue grows through billed sales or seats sold, they unlock new benefits to accelerate growth.

The 5 Benefit Stages of the ISV Success Program

All participants of the ISV Success Program have access to Marketplace Rewards that can help support them through their entire journey of building, publishing, and selling apps through the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace. As Partners grow through the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace, they unlock new benefits designed to help convert customers and close deals.

 

There are benefits for each phase of the customer journey:

 

  1. Awareness
    Partners with list, trial, or consulting offers gain access to benefits in this stage of the journey. Benefits in this stage are designed to build impactful brand awareness by helping Microsoft ISVs optimize their Microsoft AppSource or Azure Marketplace listing and drive awareness to it. With expert guidance from professional marketers and support from Microsoft blogs and social media, ISVs can spread the word about their Commercial Marketplace offer.
