Maven’s audit of BONZAI revealed the site was underperforming compared to its competitors, in both organic and paid search traffic. To improve upon this finding, the goals Maven set out included:
- establishing BONZAI as a leader in its market
- communicating the benefits of choosing BONZAI
- improving site search
- crafting valuable content
- converting site visits to leads.
Maven then developed a new brand positioning strategy and buyer journey map. The valuable content added was a key component in converting site visits to leads.
The results show organic search traffic has grown by more than 20%, qualified leads have grown 35% and revenue has increased by 176%. To achieve this analysis of competitor sites was also conducted to help form the basis of the website messaging and content.
“Maven Collective Marketing set themselves apart from an outstanding field of applicants. Their work was exceptional and displayed their innovative strategies for achieving success. Congratulations, Maven Collective Marketing. We look forward to your continued success.”
