Klarinet’s Digital Transformation: A Brand Evolution Story
Klarinet faced the challenge of standing out from other digital workplace consulting firms and communicating their unique value to clients. Maven Collective approached the project with a holistic rebrand, refreshing Klarinet’s brand identity, modernizing their website, and developing a new brand narrative: “Elevate Your Workplace”.
In designing Klarinet’s new brand experience, Maven Collective grounded every decision in behavioral science and user-first thinking. Recognizing that users decide whether to stay on a website in less than 8 seconds, Klarinet’s information architecture was reorganized and their webpage load times were optimized to improve engagement. Maven Collective also incorporated natural reading behaviors into the design, creating layouts aligned with the F-shaped scanning pattern. To build trust, the Mavens selected a blue color palette and strategically introduced vibrant accent colors as studies show they can improve call-to-action performance by up to 21%.
Combined with an integrated marketing strategy that included webinars, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and video storytelling, this digital transformation significantly enhanced Klarinet’s visibility and engagement. Within just 90 days of the relaunch, Klarinet saw a 191% increase in qualified leads, a 519% surge in form submissions, and a 312% boost in conversion rates.
